Tri-Sports Events recognizes that running, walking, cycling and multi-sport events help raise thousands of dollars for charities and organizations. We believe that combining physical and mental fitness with a worthy cause makes a better person and a healthier community. TRISPORTS EVENTS CALENDAR - We publish a yearly paper based events calendar that has a circulation of over 8000 and is distributed in Delaware, Eastern Maryland and Southeastern Pennsylvania. This calendar is not limited to events that Trisports Events manage. Any organization sponsoring an event can advertise in our calendar Free of charge! This calendar is paid for by donations from our sponsors.

EVENTS ENTRY FORMS - We'll design your event entry form and distribute it at retail and fitness center locations throughout Delaware, Eastern Maryland and Southeastern Pennsylvania and at events we manage and actively participant in.

MEDIA COVERAGE - We can arrange for local and state newspaper, radio and sometimes TV coverage.

TRISPORTS EVENTS CUSTOM AWARDS AND T-SHIRTS - Our talented staff will design and make attractive custom awards and t-shirts for your event that all your participants will proudly display for years.

EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

We'll guide your organization through every aspect of planning for your event. From the initial concept to the wrap up meeting, we'll be there to insure that your event is a success.

EVENT COURSE MANAGEMENT - We'll help you find a course, we'll mark the course, and with the help of your volunteers, we'll arrange for traffic control. We'll work with local or state police and volunteer fire departments to insure that your event is safe for all participants.

EVENT DAY MANAGEMENT - We'll make sure your course is set up on the event day and manage all the behind scenes activities to insure a successful event. As part of our services, we'll work with your organizations members to check in participants, present awards and make any announcements you'd like.
